How We Ship Your Products
Giftimpact.com has chosen USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping providers. Depending on your order quantity and weight, we ship your packages via USPS Prority Mail and UPS Ground. All packages come with the online tracking numbers.

How we Determine the Shipping Prices
Giftimpact.com incurs shipping charges on every package shipped based upon the shipping origin, destination, service, and package weight.

UPS Oversize
Some items we sell ship UPS Oversize due to their large dimensions. Items that ship UPS Oversize are billed at 30, 70, or 150 pounds regardless of actual weight. For example, a 7-feet life size statue might only weigh 45 pounds; however, due to its dimensions the statue will be billed at 90 pounds.

Order Processing Time
Orders received before 2pm (CST) will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2pm (CST) will be processed on next business day. As a courtesy, Giftimpact.com notifies all customers via email once orders are in transit. Most orders reach our customers within 3 - 5 business days from time of shipment.
